Take control of how you want time and expenses to be entered into Zed Office and processed into QuickBooks. Customise time entry by controlling how time can be entered, what lists items are used.
With User levels you can set up set up employees and vendors as Users who have access to time and expense approvals, Managers who manage and review job profitability; and Administrators who have full access.
If you operate project teams then with Assignments you can assign managers and users to specific projects and control what users can enter time and expense to which project.

With the built in project management modules Managers can review up to the minute summary and detailed snapshots of Job progress and profitability, and with advanced sorting, filtering and export it is simple to produce powerful management reports.
