Getting Started

This guide helps you to set up you new service so you can start using it and getting the most out of it. Zed Office is a web service and has some differences to the way that you may have used software in the past.

Software as a service

It is a hosted software application that runs on a web server, you pay a monthly rental to lease the use of that software.

System requirements

  1. QuickBooks Pro (or above), 2004 (or above), US, Canadian, UK versions, Australia (2008/09)
  2. QuickBooks Web Connector
  3. Internet connection, (works better on broadband connection)
  4. Firewall settings
  5. Browsers supported – Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, Mozilla Firefox
